Hi!

   I am somewhat new to the list, and I can't seem to find the Frequently
asked questions page. Can someone forward that to me please?

Also, I have read a lot of the messages, and I think you all can help me out
better than anyone else ... so I have a quick question...

What can we do for the pressure that hurts like acid reflux, but is relieved
by burping? - which I can't seem to do on command (ha ha)

Since I went Gluten free 7 months ago - it has been so painful! I used to
live on Gas-x and Mylanta, and now the mfgrs say those "are most likely not
gluten free"...
