Yes! (if you ask me, though I've not sought out or used it, only read about
it) and it is very nutritious.  It is a food from nature and has been used
by primtive and less industrialized groups.  It is rich in certain
carotenoids. See The Encylopedia of Nutritional Supplements for info on the
beneficial substances in unrefined palm oil.  Also contact Sally Fallon
