Charles E. Raymond, AKA "Mr. Intensity", writes, "I rest 4-5 days between
workouts."
Justin Hasselman asks what are the best exercises for better health?
Every day that we eat, we must do intense exercise to properly metabolize our
food. If we eat much high caloric food, then we must do an equivalent amount
of high intensity exercise to properly metabolize the ingestion of a great
quantity of high caloric food.
Daily do as many sets of intense sprinting, jumping, and low repetition
squats, dead lifts, neck resistance, standing presses, abdominal resistance,
latissimus and pectoral resistance exercises. We should exercise as often and
as frequently as we can, till failure!
There is no logical, healthful and physiological reason to have rest days
between our doing intense exercises, whether they be running, jumping and
weightlifting.
Someone unscientifically set up such an arbitrary suggestion of rest days
between doing intense exercises.
To reiterate, for optimum health, we should do intense exercises daily, of
the type indicated above herein.
You are beautiful. I love you.
