Hello

I'm building a system for my daughter with the following devices:

AMD k2 500.
64 Dimm ram.
MSI Mainboard, MS-6169, ATX AL9.
Hercules Dynamite TNT, 16m 2d/3d video card (Nvidia Riva Procesor) AGP.
Sound blaster 128 PCI sound card.
Fujistsu 8.4 hdd
Standard floppy
50xCD
W98 first edition

As you can see nothing 'too' special and it was straight fowrard to build.
However, when I load W98, it goes through the usual procedures .... Then it
gets to "Windows is now setting up your hardware and any Plug and Play
devices you may have" .... then I get the blue screen ... "A fatal exeption
OE has occurred at 0028:Cooo5338 in VXD VMM(01) + 00004338"

I have never used the MSI Mobo or the Hercules video card before and I'm
kinda conviced the problem/solution is on one or both. It's got me stumped
and I'd appreciate any advise.
