The attached article by writer Greg Elich recounts vividly the
delegation that inspected Yugoslavia for evidence of NATO's civilian
targeting during its recent war against Yugoslavia.  It gives a clear
picture of what we discovered, and personal insights into the experience
of that war by many of its civilian survivors.
