I live alone in an upstair apartment. I'm a 47-year old raw foodist (4
years).
What really started me on the road to recovery was a 10-day fast.
A month ago I was helping a friend move & received a bad sprain when I fell
down his stairs. (I'm not clumsy, [usually]).
I followed Dr. Bernarr's protocol of fasting with eyes closed & feelingly
meditating and touching the area. It was a bad sprain....the kind you know
will slow you down for weeks. I followed his protocol, however, and it was
entirely better in a day and a half. I was shocked at how fast it healed. I
urge you to go through the archives of Raw Immortal for any of Dr. Bernarr's
articles. They are excellent. He also does consultations over the phone and
via email. If you want to get well & not spend a fortune doing so, contact
Dr. Bernarr. If you would rather spend lots of money and not get better
contact any American Government Licensed MD.
