It's not clear to me what Bernarr's position is on meat eating, but the post
was how to eat a vegan diet, and was clearly saying that it was possible for
a human. I believe that he does not eat meat himself.

what theory is that?
I have recently seen pictures of a colon taken after an enema, and the colon
looks quite clean - the hypothesis being that clogged intestines would take
a lot more than a simple enema to become clean, if all clogged up. the
colons were of persons on a typical american diet. I can share those
pictures with the list if interested.
