no but that certainly is a good question. I myself do not crave nuts
and
seeds--they are much too dry (10% water) while meat is 75% and produce
80-95%.
I just don't like dry food that makes me thirsty, and floods the cells
with
400 times more starch than a potatoe! when I ate nuts, I got nutty.
I do know about the fruits though--it was berries they ate the most,
and
berries are the lowesst in carbohydrate, which is what I want (keeping
insulin down, and thus cravings and fatigue down)
