Hi:
I am assuming you are running a 100MHz bus.
You might check the chip ID# against the manufacturer's data. Some "PC100" is 10nS which is NOT reliable with a 100 MHz bus. The part number should end with -7 or -8. There is an anomoly with LGS (i think) having marked some early chips -8, but they are really -10.
You can also underclock at 66MHz up to 95MHz to see if that cures the problem. If so, you're memory is probably not PC100.
