I switched to Neanderthin last
week because I think dairy foods might be a problem for me, much as I love
them. I also really missed fruit on Atkins.
I first did Atkins when he first published around 1970 or whenever his
first edition came out. I lost 15lbs. on Neanderthin by cutting out dairy.
Try to not eat too much fruit if you have blood sugar problems, like
hypoglycemia or diabetes.
