Also, if you check out www.dietman.com he has a list of all the
lowcarb mail lists available including the paleo one. I believe there
is one called Bones and Spears, that refers to paleo diets. check out.
its a HUGE web site, so you will need to scroll around to find them. I
also included a list of websites that follow on another mail list i am
on.
