I guess I have a hard time accepting that soy is bad for me, especially the
soy protein isolate that I put in my shakes every morning.

I generally avoid soybean oils and other fillers, but have found the
protein isolate to be an excellent way to start my day.  Am I harming
myself?   Are soybeans full of toxins like corn and potatoes?   It is
certainly touted as having many healthy benefits.
