Don't know offhand, but you can learn more about America's electric chairs on
display at museums at this site--

America: Electric Chairs</A>

The NJ State police museum has one on display here in scenic Ewing, NJ. It's
not like we're a tourist site such as Pittsburgh or Cleveland, so we have to
'capitalize' on what we have.

PS The site also contains an informative link regarding the use of natural
sponges vs. artifical sponges in executions. Apparently artificial sponges
don't conduct electircity well, and will consequently set the prisoner's head
on fire.

Just thought you'd want to know.
