Yes, but this was a man admitting to procrastination.  Since he's always looking
for other people to fix his house, he could get more info from BP.

And just to make you feel better, Ralph, I do procrastinate.  Our family has
something aclled Besemer Standard Time, which is 1 hour 5 minutes slower than
the surrounding environment.  I learned about it from my bother.

How come we never hear about wives procrastinating in regard to their marital
obligations? It's always "My husband still hasn't fixed the grommet on top of
the oil well yet," or "When's that lazy husband of yours going to remove the
shark's infected tooth?"
