John Hornor Wisner, member of the Downtown Club, office in the Cotton
Exchange Building, took over his father's firm (William H. Wisner) with his
brothers Charles and Henry.  If JHW hadn't died in 1920, I'm sure he would
have been a founding member of B-P.
