Mind you, on the hardware end of things, there are some terrific bargains on
used equipment these days. I've seen used systems that would breeze through
all but Leland level graphics selling for $200. That's Canadian dollars, and
in the boonies to boot. Now, if there were only equivalent bargains in the
world of phone lines and ISP fees.

We should be thankful to Leland for clarifying this issue for us. I'd be
curious to know just how many on the BP list there are without any graphics
capabilities. Show of hands, please!
