Guess if you mix cement, pronounced SEEment, with whatever
you mix it with, it becomes concrete.

Not generally, but there are concrete trees, and fiberglass trees at the
Bronx Zoo--oops, I mean zoological garden, in the new minkey house, or
Congoland (with Congoleum floors?) or whatever they call it.
