In researching my grandfathers newspaper about ten yrs ago I spent about a
week in Brainerd, MN with my folks where he did his thing and where I was
born. My mother was a teacher in a one room school house in her youth there.
If I remember right the county had restored the school.
Contact the Crow Wing County Hist. Museum in Brainerd. They have lots of
great stuff about the County.
I receintly got my g.pa's newspaper on microfilm and his fathers from another
county. Now I just need to convert to cds.
