What's wet-sanding a floor like? I have a 6'x6' area of floor in my office
(built in 1906 for Robert Henri's art school which soon became the Parsons
School of Design) that where the poly has worn off, but I don't want dust all
over the place. Possible to wet sand to reduce dust?
