Hi,

I thought I would give you an update on the letter sent to the manager at
Chilli's Texas Grill in Wollongong, Australia. The response was from the
manager was quick and apologetic. He attached a $50.00 voucher for us to
dine with them again. Before we go back I will call them and find out if
there is anything "safe" for me to eat, otherwise the voucher will make a
nice gift. The important thing for me is that the management is aware of a
problem and plans on sorting it out. That is all we can ask. Following is
the letter he sent.

Dear Mr. Buik,

Thank you for your letter dated March 27, 2000. I take full responsibility
for the experience that you and your wife endured at our restaurant. The
incident was totally inexcusable and totally unnecessary.

Please accept my sincere apologies. Steps are being taken to ensure that
such an incident does not occur again.

Chilli's Texas Grill prides itself on great service. I understand that you
may be reluctant to dine with us again after your last experience.
However, our service and hospitality are much better than what you did
experience.

We would like the opportunity to redeem ourselves. I have attached a
voucher that you may use for a complimentary dinner.

If you have any questions or concerns, or if there is anything that you
would like to discuss please do not hesitate to call.

Yours Sincerely,
Steve Berry
General Manager
