Paul,
I replaced a power supply in a HP and the power supply was 35.00. As for the
technician I don't know, because I take care of everything for our computers,
but if you don't have a lot of experience and try to do it yourself you could
blow the board. I would assume a tech would probably charge 40 or 50 to do it.
