This is a similar process to NT4 but with a new interface.
When logged on as an Administer Go to Start/Administrative Tools/ Computer
Management....then select Storage/Disk Management  ...select the drive you
wish to assign..right click your mouse and select ...change Drive letter
and Path....Pick your letter and back out.
The change is immediate and a reboot is not required.
