Jean-Claude,

Thanks for your input. I was checked for anti-thyroid
antibodies and it came up negative. I also agreed to take
DHEA, but I don't know if it has helped, since I began the
Armour Thyroid at the same time. I'm still riding the
roller coaster, but the hills and valleys aren't as steep
anymore.

I'm glad to see that, after such a long period, you're
keeping your spirits up and always trying new things. I
think the Paleo diet has alot to do with that. It's my
philosophy as well: if what you're doing isn't working,
something has to change. Dr. Walt Stoll (have to look up
his web address) is a big proponent if Skilled Relaxation
(meditiation and breathing excercises). I find it helps
when I become aware of breathing. I haven't been able to
discipline myself enough in that area to stop and practice
twice a day for ten minutes. But that is his first and
foremost suggestion for adrenal problems. When I get to it
on a regular basis, I'll let you know how it's working for
me.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It is helping me to
decide to stick with the natural adrenal products rather
than give in to the hydrocortisone.

Kaplah! (Klingon translation of "bon appetit!")

Lois
