I think it's worth it. A lot of interesting new research is
presented. The stuff on omega-3 fats is more accurate, and more
extensive. There's good stuff on the importance of magnesium,
sunlight and vitamin D, depression, exercise, and more. It is
much less a "diet book" than PP was, and more a source book of
information. Unfortunately the bibliography is not included, but
is available at the web site: www.eatprotein.com. I find the
book useful to stay focused on the reasons for this way of
eating.
