  This probably goes against your Doctors opinion, but my favorite on the go
lunch and snacks are, 4-6 oz. pemmican, one or two pieces of fruit, and a
good size handful of nuts. Some times a handful of vegetable sticks, also a
pop up can of fish is nice too. Just don't forget a fork, or a napkin if you
prefer licking your fingers.
