Hi Justin,

Believe me Justin, I thought the same thing but it does appear sucrose is in
fruits and veggies in varying quantities. The thing that disturbs me is that
oranges contain more sucrose than fructose or glucose. This really concerns
me as I am on a diet for Crohn's disease, which doesn't allow disaccharides.

I wasn't aware that sucrose existed in any fruits or vegetables.  I thought
the sugars in fruit and vegies were from glucose and/or fructose.  I thought
that sucrose was a dissacharide (a glucose and a fructose bond) that doesn't
exist in fruits?  Sucrose is definitely not healthy.  Our bodies are not
programed to eat white, refined meats, oils, or carbs.  Just wanting
clarification on if sucrose exists in fruits and vegies???
