Radish tops (fresh, good-looking ones) can be used as soup greens.
Daikon greens the same.
Carrot tops are also good snipped fine like parsley in soups or salads.
Turnip and beet greens, of course.
You can make herbal tea of strawberry or raspberry leaves.  Better to
dry them first, but they make a very nice tea.
Some people eat sweet potato shoots, but you should certainly not eat
the leaves of nightshades: tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, peppers.
Many of the weeds in your garden are edible too: pigweed, lambsquarters,
purslane, dandelion leaf and root, tender leaves of sow thistle and
Russian "thistle" (tumbleweed). A few are poisonous (such as knapweed,
locoweed), so you should learn what the plants are before you gather them.
