When I make broth, I put it in zip-lock bags.  Freeze 'em flat and they're
easy to stack and tuck away.  Squeeze out as much air as you can, by the
way.

Meanwhile, like another lister I asked a question and got no response.  So
I, too, will try again:

How long does nut milk stay fresh in the fridge?  Does it freeze well?  I
made some recently and it's the nectar of the gods!  Can't wait to make some
more.
