I would also like to suggest that people that read the list in digest form modify the subject line when they reply.
Subject lines such as "Re: NO-MILK Digest - 16 Nov 2005 to 29 Nov 2005 (#2005-19)" are not very descriptive/informative and also make it hard threading or grouping messages.
