I was wondering if you could pass along your recipes for whole grain breads
utilizing Rice Dream--even those that don't? I made some bread this
morning--first in a long, long time. Had to after going to the store and
finding NO bread without any nasties in it. (BTW--is soybean oil and soy
lecithin a no-no for those with soy allergies. I went on the assumption that
it was. Ds looks even better today. I've obviously cut out something that
was bothering him.) Anyway, back to my bread--the crust is very hard, and
well, crusty. I don't care for a crust that hard. Trying to find some bread
recipes that will be more appealing to my palate. So far, we're not avoiding
wheat since it has not been a problem. TIA
