My son gets skin reactions to some milk exposure. The allergist told us it
had to do with how processed the milk is at the time of exposure. If we were
to spill a drop of milk on his skin it does not react, but if we were to drink
milk and then give him a wet kiss he would react because our saliva would have
processed the milk a bit. So I wonder if the American cheese (highly
processed) is the culprit.
