I am confused.  Are Triscuits dairy-free or not?

And what do the rabbinical groups who give their imprimatur on foods have
to say about
[1] misleading dairy marks on non-dairy foods (e.g. Hydrox Droxies)
[2] the lack of dairy marks in a dairy-containing foods (i.e. jelly-bellies)
