I never recalled defining what an ID card means in my postings. So are those
form of ID cards also free in the UK?
I know we have problems at home, but does that mean getting ourselves in more
debts? President Jammeh's chartering an airplane all by himself is a totally
different issue. That does not mean the government should issue free ID
cards, my friend. There is no hard fact that carrying an ID card does reduce
crime. However, it will help the police easily identify criminals.
You still haven't answered my question. How will the government cover the
cost?
