          The way that I drive is that I have a grip on my steering wheel
          for my left hand and my horn, directional lights are on the floor
          to be operated by my right foot, my left foot does the
          acceleration and breaking.  I also have touch controls for the
          heat and windshield controls, my phone is attached to my center
          to allow me to dial with my nose (if I have a cold, it is messy,
          haha).  I have been driving since about 1983 and I could not
          survive without it.

          As for who to see about the various equipment that is available
          to allow you to drive.  I do not know for your state but in New
          York you would go to VESID for an evaluation on your driving
          abilities.  In other states I would suggest calling a
          rehabilitation center and ask them who should you call for a
          driving evaluation.
