On place to try is:
http://www.windrivers.com/script/category.asp?cat=Network&cat2=Network

They list by company and I didn't find Readylink listed. Is there another
manufacturer listed on the cards?

You didn't mention what version of Windows that you are working with.
Did Windows find the NIC and ask for a driver, or offer one?

You might also try: http://www.driverguide.com

Or, if it has an FCC #, you can look up the manufacturer:
http://www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid/

Best of luck,
Lance Kephart
