Michael,
It would be helpful if we had a little more information such as what
operating system, what programs you are trying to print from, how the
printer is attached to the computer, what kind of cable, what type of
printer port if attached directly from the computer and which printer driver
you are currently using. With more information someone should be able to
give some suggestions on what to look for.
