win98 has much better memory management, but mainly the improvement was
made in multi-task (pre-empty) mode. use a large fixed swap file can still
increase performance as it does for win95.
Note: win95 is not pre-empty multi-task OS, NT is a true pre-empty, MS says
win98 perform both per-empty and none pre-empty. Pre-empty means when
running multiple programs, each will have their own memory space, so one
grogram down won't affect others. However, in real lift, nothing is 100%.
