My wife and I will be traveling in Indonesia for 2-1/2 weeks at the beginning of March.
I would great appreciate nay information anyone has from their own experiences on:

-- Specific restaurants -- in cities listed below
-- Reliably GF TYPICAL Indonesian dishes, foods, or commonly found menu items in hotel and other restaurants
-- Info on Indonesian foods and dishes you know contain wheat or barley (probably not rye?) and derivatives.
-- Any usual condiments, such as soy or other sauces, that you know are: either not GF --- or know are GF

We will be in the following cities:
-- In Java: Jakarta and Yoyakarta
-- In Kalimantan (Borneo): Balikpapan, Tanah Grogot and Samboja
-- In Bali: Ubud and Jimbaran
-- Lombok: not sure but would appreciate some general suggestion

Thank you for any help you can give!

Marshall
